Rewards and Benefits
CLEARSYNTH understands the elements of remuneration to be balanced between market value, individual performance and business success. We aim to offer our employees a competitive compensation package comprising a basic salary, a bonus scheme and an equity plan.

Base Salary
Each employee shall be given a fixed salary on the basis of the job requirements, competitiveness on the market and the required skill level. The Base salary will progress subject to the employee’s achievements and level compared to benchmarks.

Bonus Scheme
CLEARSYNTH employees participate in the success of the Company.Bonus is based on the financial success of the CLEARSYNTH as well as on the achievement of personal goals.

Equity Plan
The CLEARSYNTH Employee Participation Plan offers each employee the opportunity to participate in the long term development and success of the Company. Each CLEARSYNTH employee is entitled to periodically receive Bonus set as per Company's growth.

Synthetic Organic Chemist: 5 years experience Minimum in Lab of repute
Qualification required : MSc

Project Leader / Group Head: Minimum 10 years experience in a Lab of repute
Qualification: PHd in Organic Chemistry

Head –Strategic Client Development: 15 years experience in Marketing
Qualification: MBA
