Rewards and Benefits |

remuneration to be balanced

Base Salary
Each employee shall be given
a fixed salary on the basis
of the job requirements,
competitiveness on the
market and the required
skill level. The Base salary
will progress subject to the
employee’s achievements and
level compared to
benchmarks.
Bonus Scheme
