(2S)-N'-Nitrosonornicotine-d4, also known as NNK-d4, is an isotopically labeled derivative of N'-nitrosonornicotine (NNK), a potent carcinogen found in tobacco products. NNK-d4 is used in research studies to investigate the metabolism, bioactivation, and detoxification of NNK in vivo and in vitro.
