Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains database by entering data.
  • Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Analyzing and sorting Information as required by departments.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and Generate report.

Requirements:

  • Proven data entry working experience.
  • Decent communication skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills (Advanced Excel)
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and data programs.
  • Trustworthy with an eye for detail
  • Graduate in Commerce / Science
