Market for the current products is more than a billion USD in the Pharma sector with very little competition. Our products also have applicability in varied sectors like agro-chemicals, forensics, cosmetics, defence, telecommunication, technology, automobile, etc. We have embarked on a journey to now leverage our success into other geographies and product segments. We have laboratories in Hyderabad and Canada and sales teams currently out of Mumbai & Toronto.

Role:
Business Development.

Role & Responsibility:

Lead the sales team in meeting short term sales targets &long term target of building a sustainable brand promise.
Develop new and mine existing clients
Identify new opportunities for our product portfolio
Identify new product development opportunities
Work back with sourcing/laboratory in developing/delivering products to meet client demands
Create a presence for the company in the minds of prospective and current customers
Meet and exceed periodic targets
Leverage our technical team in addressing any customer queries
Exposure to customers across various types - users, purchasers, scientists, R & D Heads, Universities both within India & abroad

Skills expected:

Lead the foray into the market and help establish market leadership role.
Exceptional communication (oral, written & inter-personal) and business etiquette
Opportunity identification, in-depth product & customer need understanding, negotiation & the ability to distinguish our offer from the compete to get a premium & close the deal
Excellent business acumen and the ability to think on their feet & say with excel & power point and other tools to get their communication across
Aggressive in achieving their goals and compassionate and friendly in getting their work accomplished through team work
Ability to manage themselves in new environments and passionate about travel
