Qualification: B.Sc -Chemistry / B.Pharma with MBA into Sales & Marketing.
• Leading the overall Sales and Marketing team for India, Asia Pacific and Middle East.
• Efficiently managing the sales team & meeting the defined sales targets in generating business revenue.
• Strong hold & exposure of working in B2B sales with customers across various sectors – Pharma and Bio-Pharma R&Ds, CROs, Forensics, Hospitals, Life Science Research and Drug Discovery, Agro Chemicals, Veterinary, Food & Beverages Personal Products & Cosmetics, Diagnostics, etc; both within India & abroad.
• Work in coordination with internal depts in developing/delivering products to meet client demands & upkeep the brand image.
• Monitoring and overseeing end to end Sales life cycle staring from enquiry generation to receivables management.
• Effective Client Relationship Management and handling client escalations, if any.
• Evaluating and understanding client complaints and proposing effective internal mechanisms to reduce on complaints, resulting in client satisfaction.
• Up keeping self with market dynamics, best practices, market opportunities and developing internal strategies accordingly.
• Attending domestic and international exhibitions and scouting for new business opportunities.
• Managing internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and synchronization.
• Candidate with 10 plus years of experience in the B2B sales for API’s, impurities, lab chemicals, reference standards.
• Exceptional communication (oral, written & inter-personal) and business etiquette.
• Opportunity identification, in-depth product & customer need understanding, negotiation skills & excellent business acumen.
• Aggressive in achieving the set goals with a go getter attitude.
