Biren Parekh carries with him an experience of 30+ years in Business transformation, organization development, financial restructuring and overseeing
business development, operations and is responsible for Clearsynth expansion into emerging & other new commercial markets in partnership with Clearsynth Leadership Team.
Biren is a practicing Fellow Chartered Accountant & holds a bachelor degree in commerce from NMIMS with specialization in mathematics, finance, organization management & audit and has been a former advisory & partner to Ernst & Young for a period of 12+ years.

As a PhD level professional - possess an extensive Synthetic chemistry experience in Pharmaceutical R&D for process development of drugs
and API's (17 years in Pharmaceutical Industry ) Inculcated a strong expertise in analytical capabilities through the HPLC and LCMSMS
techniques at Waters India Pvt Ltd and Agilent Technologies, India over a decade and half in the area of applications and Technical Marketing.

Albert graduated as chemical engineer majoring in chemical technology. He obtained his chemical engineering degree
from University of Technology Faculty of Chemical Engineering Bucharest, Romania in 1991.
He has a wealth of experience in promoting products and services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, agrochemical, printed electronics, cosmetic and instrumentation industries. He has over 16 years of work experience at different levels and company sizes in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Prior joining Clearsynth he was part of ComGenex Inc., the largest library provider in Europe, AMRI Inc., the multinational global Contract Research and Development Manufacturing Organization, ThalesNano Nanotechnology Inc, the awarded R&D 100 Award instrumentation company, Peakdale Molecular Ltd. and Diverchim SA integrated Contract Research Organizations.

Nicolas Fluder has over 10 years of successful business leadership experience in top global corporations.
His last sales experience was for Covance Laboratory, a global clinical research organization (CRO) and subsidiary of Lab Corp, as Director of Business Development in Europe managing key global accounts across US & Asia. Before this, Nicolas worked at Merieux Institute Laboratory for 7 years as Technical Sales Engineer, managing the business and key accounts in France and Switzerland in the field of environmental, cosmetology, food, pharmaceutical and biotechnology.
Nicolas is an Engineer in Life Sciences (chemical & microbiological subjects) from Western Brittany (ESIAB School - UBO University - 2008) in France, including several programs in marketing and sales. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Lyon University (UCBL University - 2005) related to the industrial and laboratory sectors. Nicolas also studied medicine at Lyon University (UCBL - 2003) in order to learn general medical subjects and to explore the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields.

An astute Sales & marketing professional, she has completed her B.Pharma from Ajman University of Science & Technology Dubai and Masters in Strategic Marketing from University
of Wollongong, Dubai, UAE. She has worked as a Product Consultant with leading Pharma giants in UAE.
With Clearsynth she is currently spearheading the Sales & Business Development for North and Latin America markets.
Head - Supply Chain Strategy.
Ryan Viegas has over 30 years of expertise in supply chain, procurement and logistics with companies like Bayer, Sandoz, Matrix (Mylan) and Lupin.
Before Clearsynth, he was the Head of Logistics - APAC at TEVA. He was Vice President - Supply Chain & Procurement at Watson Pharma (Actavis) in Mumbai.
He is on the Executive Committee of Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM) as well as on the Academic Advisory Council, visiting faculty and examiner at university / management institutes for courses on supply chain and logistics.
A key speaker and chair at industry conferences in Europe, Asia and US, Ryan Viegas has several publications to his credit and has been on the jury of Asia Pacific industry competitions on best practices in supply chain management. He has initiated several innovative practices in procurement and supply chain.
A chemistry graduate and an MBA, Ryan Vegas received the "Supply Chain Officer of the Year - Pharma" award at the 6th Express Logistics Supply Chain Conclave in 2012, as well as "Lifetime Achievement Award" in 2015.

Dr Aniruddha Paul has more than 18 years of rich experience in sales, marketing and P& L. He has excelled in expanding operational
footprint across multiple business segments across Asia Pacific, Europe and USA.
A PhD in Organic Chemistry, he has a number of publications to his credit.
Dr. Paul has diverse industry experience - from leading R&D teams to heading pharma and chemical divisions in major multinational companies. Prior to joining Clearsynth, he was Head of Chemicals & Pharma-South Asia at Intertek. His career journey includes Merck KGaA, Merck Millipore, Sandoz and Ciba Specialties.
Dr. Bala Pandi is a successful entrepreneur & renowned Scientist in the field of Biotechnology. More than two decades of experience
in incorporating and managing various biotech companies in USA. Founded Axiom, AmPharm, Amphimed and is currently the Managing Director
of Athenese-Dx and guided & held advisory roles more than 10 companies. Developed tools and technologies in the field of drug design,
screening for drugs and human cell based approaches to evaluate the drug candidates. Authored and edited the book, Structure based Drug Design.
He is trained from Indian Institute of Science and trained in University of London, Birbeck College and University of Maryland, USA.
Ph.D (Computational Chemistry).
Dr. Reddy received his Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry from the Central University of Hyderabad and held postdoctoral fellowships at University of
Texas at Austin and UNC at Chapel Hill; where he studied free energies of small- drug molecules as well as proteins which are related to discovering
drugs for AIDS, Cancer and Diabetes using Bioinformatics, Cheminformatics and Computational approaches as well as Monte Carlo, molecular dynamics
simulations and free energy perturbation methods. From 1989 - 1992,
he was a Scientist/Senior Research Scientist at Agouron Pharmaceuticals (now Pfizer), San Diego. Dr. Reddy's Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) efforts using Bioinformatics, Cheminformatics and Computational Chemistry methods at Pfizer led to several clinical candidates for cancer and one FDA approved drug for AIDS (Viracept). From 1992-2009, he served at Gensia Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (now Metabasis Therapeutics, Inc.) in various capacities and finally as an Executive Director for novel drug discovery, working in the research areas of cardiovascular, pain, cancer, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes using rational drug discovery approaches, and his efforts led to several clinical and pre-clinical candidates which are being developed for Cancer, Pain, Type-2 Diabetes, AIDS & Hyperlipidemia.
Dr. Reddy's current research interests are in developing highly accurate novel CADD methods as well as use of Bioinformatics, Cheminformatics, Structural Biology and novel CADD methods for the discovery of novel drugs by saving significant amount of time and money during drug discovery process for critical human diseases such as diabetes, AIDS and cancer. Dr. M. Rami Reddy is an author of over 100 scientific publications; many of them are in prestigious Journal of American Chemical Society and Proceeding of National Academy of Sciences, USA. He holds ten patents and is an author of two text books on rational drug design. He is also an author of several novel CADD programs. Dr Reddy has extensively lectured all over the world in the field. He is currently the Section Editor for Computer Assisted Drug Design (CADD) of Current Pharmaceutical Design. He has organized seven symposiums on computational aspects of Rational Drug Design and Structure Based Drug Design at various American Chemical society National meetings.
Dr. Reddy has wide spectrum of knowledge in the field of drug discovery, and has made significant contributions in his 25-year research career. He is one of the few experts in the world in developing novel computational methods and their applications for drug discovery. He was responsible for successfully developing a highly accurate Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) Technology intended to speed-up drug discovery process. He is currently co-founder and chairman of RR Labs Inc and Rational Labs Inc, San Diego, CA, USA and Hyderabad, India. In addition, he is a Visiting Professor at Centre for Modeling, Simulations and Design (CMSD) at University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad and the recipient of TANA (USA) 2009 award for excellence in Science and also received a major grant from the Department of Science and Technology to further develop his Novel CADD Technology for discovering novel drugs for critical human diseases by reducing time and costs during drug discovery process.

Prof. Tsantrizos obtained her PhD in Organic Chemistry in 1990 from McGill University, under the supervision of Prof. Kelvin K. Ogilvie, and then pursued Post-Doctoral studies at Brown University in the group of Prof. David E. Cane (1989-1991). In 1991, she joined the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Concordia University, where she earned tenure and was promoted to Associate Professor in 1996. In 1998, she joined Boehringer Ingelheim (Canada) Ltd as a Senior Research Scientist.
During her 10 year career at Boehringer Ingelheim, she held a number of leadership roles in medicinal chemistry and participated in activities that moved a number of antiviral agents through the different stages of the drug discovery process. In recognition of her contributions to R&D in pharmaceutical research, she received the 2000 International R&D Boehringer Ingelheim Award and was promoted to Group Leader/Distinguished Scientist.
In 2009, she joined the Department of Chemistry at McGill University at the level of Associate Professor and was promoted to Full Professor in 2011. In addition, she is an Associate Member of the Biochemistry Department at McGill University. Her current academic activities in Drug Discovery focus on cancer, neurodegenerative diseases and antiviral agents. She has published 65 papers in peer-reviewed journals and is the inventor/co-inventor of 28 patents.
In addition, Prof. Tsantrizos served as Chair of the 84thCanadian Society for Chemistry Conference (CSC 2001), as Vice President (2013/14) and President (2014/15) of the CSC, and she is currently the Immediate Past President of the CSC (2015/16).She has also served on various grant review panels, including the Natural Science and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Discovery Grants, the Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR) Proof of Principal grants and the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research. She is also Associate Editor for Frontiers in Chemistry.
In 2010, she received the Fessenden Professorship Award in Science Innovation, from McGill University and in 2012 the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, from the Governor General of Canada for services and contribution to Canada.

Dr. Nair has been an inventor (Indian granted patent no. IN188860) and has hundreds of publications to his credit in popular technical and scientific magazines.
Prof. P. Reddanna holds a Ph.D degree and is an eminent scientist in the field of inflammation and cancer.
He is Dean of School of Life Sciences - University of Hyderabad. He was founding director of National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India
He has published over 150 original research papers in both National and International peer reviewed journals.
