Product Concerns and Resolution

While all possible precautions have been taken to deliver the required product or products, there may be some rare situations when our product does not meet your requirements.

Should that arise, please contact us with your concerns and we will endeavour to address them on a priority basis.

If there is no other option, we will either replace your product or products, or issue a refund or account credit, whichever you prefer.

Reporting Window

If there is an issue with one or more of our products, our policy is that it must be reported to us within 45 days of your receiving shipment.

After the Return Window

While we will always address product issues after the 45 day return window has passed, we cannot issue a refund or account credit after that period.
